Zenergize Wellness Massage
Our signature treatment. The session is designed to focus on your unique needs: muscle pain, relaxation, wellness. Modalities may include Swedish, Deep Tissue, NMT, reflexology, energy work, and other therapeutic techniques as your therapist sees fit.

Deep Tissue
Techniques which utilize deep tissue massage affect the sub-layer of musculature and fascia. It helps with chronic muscular pain and injury rehabilitation.

Neuromuscular Therapy
NMT is used to locate and release spasms and hypercontraction in the tissue, eliminate trigger points, rebuild the strength of injured tissues, and restore flexibility.

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy is unique. The therapist manipulates the lymphatic flow to find alternate pathways for drainage. Be sure to drink plenty of water the day before, of, and after your session.
